Filter Skids are the compact and immediate, turnkey solution for many filtration needs. The skids are easily transported by a fork lift to any mounting locations. Light in weight and small in size, they offer a wide flow from 10-1,300 gpm and a filtration range from 10µ – 2,000µ. They feature SST centrifugal pumps from 3 to 50 h/p, with any voltage. Standard is 100% SST construction at a very competitive price.

Tekleen features the Course Screen Flush (CSF) series of automatic self-cleaning water filters for applications that don’t require fine filtration. Filters are available with wedge wire or perforated SST. Cleaning is achieved by a blow off that opens by differential pressure, timer, or manually for a very short duration.

A new line of high quality, two-stage, 100% automatic self-cleaning water filtration system manufactured in one filtration vessel.

First stage is a coarse screen flushing filter with 1/8” – 1/2” slotted screen for a quick 100% self-cleaning. Second stage is a fine filter with a screen down to 75µ. This NEW two stage fully automatic filters offer direct filtration to a dirty water source like: river water, lake water, waste water, dirty cooling water, irrigation ditch and many more.

Tekleen Coarse Screen Brush (CSB) Filters are an ideal solution for incoming plant water from potentially contaminated open water sources. CSB filters are designed to filter contaminates such as algae, clams, zebra mussels, fish, leaves, etc.

They are compact in size with very high flow capacity. CSB filter configurations are available with wedge-wire, mesh, or perforated screens from 1/16″ – 1/4″. The cleaning cycle is initiated by differential pressure or by a timer and cleans the entire screen without interrupting the main flow.

Tekleen is proud to introduce its new line of fully automatic, self-cleaning water filters with working pressure as low as 15 psi – the Low Pressure Filter (LPF) Series. They are available in a wide range of industrial configurations and are designed and manufactured in accordance to ANSI and ASME standards. ASME U stamp is an option. Sizes range from 2″ – 36″, flow rates from 100 – 20,000 gpm, screen mesh from 10µ – 3,000µ.

The filters are available in stainless steel, super duplex, and titanium. Clean filter pressure drop with 100µ screen is less than 1 psi at the rated flow of the filter.

Tekleen Minitwist series are low-flow, fully automatic, self-cleaning water filtration systems. These filters can handle flow rates from 10-20,000 gpm with screens as small as 10µ. The MTF filters use very little water for rinsing so the main flow is not interrupted.

MTF Series are rated to 150 psi and up to 210°F. Filters are made with a 316L stainless steel body and are designed to satisfy a wide variety of industrial and irrigation application requirements.

ABW Series filters are custom manufactured to meet a wide range of industrial applications, including ASME certified, sea water, high temperature, high pressure, etc. The filters are complete with Stainless Steel screens and can be set up in parallel for unlimited flow capacities.

The filter bodies are available in stainless steel and carbon steel with baked on epoxy coating. Clean filter pressure drop with 100µ screen is less than 1psi at the rated flow of the filter.
