Industrial Self-Cleaning Water Filters for High-Flow Applications

Automatic filtration systems designed for continuous operation, minimal maintenance, and scalable performance. The ABW Series delivers reliable self-cleaning filtration for industrial, municipal, and process water systems. Designed for industrial self-cleaning water filtration systems handling high flow rates and continuous operation.

What Are Self-Cleaning Water Filters?

Self-cleaning water filters are automatic filtration systems that remove suspended solids from water without the need for manual cleaning or shutdown. Using an internal backwash or flush mechanism, these systems continuously maintain optimal performance while reducing maintenance requirements.

The ABW Series is engineered for industrial environments where downtime is costly and filtration reliability is critical. These systems are widely used across industrial, commercial, municipal, and irrigation applications where continuous operation is required.

How Automatic Self-Cleaning Filters Work

LPF Series filters operate as automatic self-cleaning water filtration systems engineered for low-pressure applications. Unlike standard filtration systems that require higher operating pressure, LPF filters are designed to initiate and complete cleaning cycles efficiently even at reduced pressure levels.

As water flows through the filter, suspended solids are captured on a stainless steel screen. As debris builds up, a pressure differential is created between the inlet and outlet, triggering an automatic cleaning cycle.

During this process, a suction scanner moves across the screen, removing debris and flushing it out through a drain without interrupting the main flow.
