HDL Filter
TEKLEEN® is proud to introduce its very low pressure line of fully automatic self-cleaning water filters with working pressure as low as 12 psi up to 150 psi - the HDL, Series. They are available in a wide range of industrial configurations and are designed and manufactured in accordance to ANSI and ASME requirements. ASME U stamp is an option. Sizes range from 3" - 24", flow rates from 10 - 14,000 gpm, screen mesh from 50 - 3,000µ.

Unique about this filter is the usage of an electric motor driven dirt collection mechanism that is rotating as well as advancing and reversing without the use of any hydraulic driven motor and piston mechanism.

Electrical requirements are 1/2 hp, 3 phase 220/440 VAC and 50/60 HZ. The filters are available in stainless steel, carbon steel with powder epoxy coating and titanium. Clean filter pressure drop with 100µ screen is less than 1 psi at the rated flow of the filter.
